Flywheel offers the ability to set a different price for each partner on a Crop Plan. This article will cover the details of this functionality.
In the Item Edit screen, there is not a Pricing section. This will show a line for each Split Partner on the plan.
Partners:
There is a line for each Split Partner.
If other Partners are added after the line was created, then they will be given the Product's default price. So if you add Splits later, you may need to double check each line to ensure that the correct price has been assigned.
Price and Discounts:
The Price Box will default to a dropdown if there are Price Levels from the ERP. You may select the correct level for the line.
Alternatively, you may click the Pencil icon to type a custom price.
Discounts can be added to each individual Partner.
Totals:
The Quantity represents that Partner's share of the split. In the example above, there are 15.2 tons of product ordered. Smith and Jones have a 75/25 split - so Smith will be responsible for 11.4 tons(75%) of product.
The Unit Price is the price per unit after discounts.
The Subtotal is that partner's total for this line item.
